Kelsa is the heart and soul behind Universal Hair Studio, stepping into the role of owner in March 2023 after three years as the salon’s dedicated manager. Her journey in hairdressing spans over a decade, fuelled by an undying passion for the craft and the joy of connecting with both longstanding and new clients. Kelsa’s first year as owner has been a whirlwind of excitement, marked by both professional achievements and personal joy, including the arrival of her daughter, Mila.

Claire infuses 15 years of hairdressing experience with a fresh and energetic approach to fashion cutting and colouring. A Mackay local, her dedication to the craft and commitment to offering the best service are evident in every interaction. Claire enjoys adding a playful twist to styles with unique tracks, showcasing her versatility and creative flair. Her friendly demeanour and enthusiasm for all things hair make her sessions enjoyable and uplifting.
